Disciplinary Standards

Overview

SDCA understands that even with perfectly followed Office Policy and Standard of Care the Chiropractic Board will come after you with investigators that have an agenda to find anything even if you have done nothing wrong.

Common Disciplinary Actions by the Board

SDCA recommends carefully reading the Boards rules and regulations. These rules and regulations are poorly written and require the chiropractor to examine each sentence and make sure all aspects of the rules are being followed.

Read and follow sections that may not apply to you

The Board is using parts of regulation sections to come after you even if the title of the section does not apply to your practice.

SDCA Recommendations

If you are contacted by the Board and they are requesting patient records SDCA recommends that you contact an Attorney that specializes in Chiropractic Board complaints before you respond with any information.
